Once you have completed one wheel or one hand building class in studio you are welcome to come back and utilize open wheel/open studio. Why do you ask? We want to make sure that you have all the tools you need to feel confident and prepared to practice on your own as well as knowing studio policies, where we keep the tools and clean up procedures.

We offer day classes throughout the week for our adult friends. We will cover every step in the wheel class with a hands on approach. We will create between 2-4 pieces depending on the pace of the class.They are just like the weekend classes at a discounted rate. In our hand building classes you will learn coil, slab, pinch techniques to create one of a kind pieces! If you want to explore your creative side then hand building is for you!

Saturdays we offer two wheel classes and one hand building class. We cover all steps of the throwing process in the wheel classes and by the end of the class you will be off and running! Our hand building class will challenge all of the creative spirit you possess. Hand building gives you the ability to create anything you can imagine! The sky is the limit with hand building!

We have over 30 different glazes with hundreds of combinations for you to select for you new creations! In our glaze class we will cover the do’s and don’ts so your piece will come out of the kiln looking it’s best. Yes, this is one of the prerequisites for utilizing open studio. The more you know, the more confident you will feel moving forward in you glazing journey.

We offer two classes on Sunday: One advanced and one beginning. Our advanced wheel class is for those who already know how to throw and want to take their skills to the next level! Our afternoon beginning wheel is a relaxing introduction into your ceramic journey.
